Elivate Wellness Grand Opening: Welcome to Our New Home

This week, we opened the doors to our new home and celebrated with a Grand Opening at Elivate Wellness. It was a day we have been looking forward to for a long time, and we are so grateful to everyone who came, sent kind words, or simply cheered us on from afar.

We started with a simple goal: to offer a different kind of care that listens, looks deeper, and treats every person as a whole human being. As more patients and families trusted us with that care, we outgrew our original space. Our new location gives us the room to keep doing what we love and to do it even better.

Thank You for Making This Possible

To our patients: thank you for trusting us with your health and your families. Every appointment, every referral, and every kind review helped build this practice, and this new space exists because of you.

To our friends, family, and supporters: thank you for believing in us, for cheering us on, and for spreading the word. Elivate Wellness is a mother-owned and operated practice, and the encouragement of the people around us means more than we can say.

And to our team: thank you for the care, patience, and heart you bring to this work every day. Moving a practice is a lot of work, and you made it look easy.

A New Chapter for Elivate Wellness

Our approach has not changed. We still believe in root-cause care, personalized treatment plans, and taking the time to understand each patient. What has changed is our space: more room to grow, more room to care for you, and more room to say yes to the needs we hear from our community every day.

What Our New Space Means for Every Service We Offer

More space is not just about a nicer building. It changes what we are able to offer and how well we can serve each patient. Here is what we are most looking forward to.

Primary Care and Hormone Optimization

Adult primary care and hormone optimization are where Elivate Wellness began, and they remain at the heart of what we do. With more room, we can welcome more adult patients, make visits feel less rushed, and keep giving the time that comprehensive bloodwork review, hormone therapy, and root-cause conversations deserve.

Pediatric Functional Medicine

Families have been asking for more pediatric care, and we have heard you. Our new space helps us grow our pediatric side, led by Kelsea Creason, PA, so we can see more children and teens ages 3 to 17 in a setting that feels comfortable for kids and parents alike.

Aesthetics

Our aesthetics menu has grown to include Fotona 4D, Smootheye, LipLase, HydraFacial, TightSculpting, and more, along with tattoo removal using the Discovery Pico laser. A larger space gives these services room to breathe and gives us more flexibility to keep expanding what we offer.

Gut Health, Nutrition, and Whole-Body Care

Gut health testing, nutrition guidance, and body composition tools like InBody scans all work best when they are connected to the rest of your care. Having everything under one roof, with space to support it, makes it easier to look at the whole picture for every patient.

Come See What We Have Been Building

Whether you are a longtime patient or just hearing about us for the first time, we would love to welcome you to our new space. New patients are always welcome.

Growing With the Needs of Our Community

Every service we have added came from listening: to patients who needed answers they were not getting elsewhere, to parents looking for a different approach for their kids, and to people who wanted to feel their best inside and out. Being voted Best of Kentucky in Holistic & Naturopathic Practices reminded us how much this community believes in what we do.

This new space is our way of saying thank you with action. It lets us keep growing alongside the people we serve, so we can keep offering personalized, compassionate care to patients from Mount Washington, Shepherdsville, Louisville, Bardstown, Elizabethtown, and across central Kentucky.
