Elivate Wellness is a concierge practice. Concierge may also be termed direct patient care. We do not bill insurance for services within our office. This allows for a more personalized approach to care and takes the middle man (aka: insurance) out of the equation. Our model consists of a monthly membership. This allows our patients direct access to our office through a secure patient portal as well as priority appointments as needed. We do not charge additional fees for office visits.
